Home & Leisure Show
Presented by Fergus Lions2024 Home & Leisure Show: May 28, 29, & 30, 2024.
Dear Exhibitors:
The Fergus Lions Club is pleased to invite you to the 45th Annual Fergus Lions Home and Leisure Show. Exhibitor participation in the show has helped the Club provide a high level of support for many Lions community projects in Fergus and Centre Wellington, to which we say, “Thank you!”
Some changes this year are the dates and a NEW brochure. First, the dates have been changed due to the extreme pressure on the Sportsplex, with more sports groups needing additional time now and in the future. Second, in our 45th year we are adding a special edition brochure which will be handed out at the entrance to the show. This new brochure is of excellent quality. It will give you the opportunity to purchase advertising space offering further information on your business or group that the show attendees can take home for future reference. (See contract for details) Also this year the booth rates have not changed and now we have a couple of options with table and chair rental. Please see the contract form for that information. The floor plan and other relevant information for the 2024 show can be found at www.ferguslionsclub.org.
The curtain colours are white/black, accented with red carpet. Accessories including table skirting, carpets, etc. are available from Hahn Rentals at info@hahnrentals.com. We remind all exhibitors that curtains are the property of Hahn Rentals. The exhibitors will be held accountable for any damage including tearing or puncturing. The exhibitor will be charged to repair any damage.
To maintain the open concept of our show, exhibitors may not interrupt the sight lines on the five feet on the front of their booth, without the expressed consent of their neighbour and the Home Show organizer.
We will be advertising the Home & Leisure Show throughout Wellington County by means of The Wellington Advertiser, Fergus Lions Website, and our Lions Facebook page. The Wellington Advertiser will run a special section in the issue the week prior to the Show. Advertising rates are on the application form with copy deadline required by March 25th.
Again, this year we will have Food Trucks and a feature for the kids. When the kids come the adults follow.
For further information, contact committee members listed on the application form.
Yours in Service,
Fergus Lions Home and Leisure Show Committee

Our History
In the mid 1970’s, a recently formed Lions Club in Fergus made a major financial commitment towards the construction of a Sports Complex. In order to help fund this undertaking, the Club organized the first Home Show.
The Fergus Lions Home Show has grown in popularity year after year. The public enjoys our Free Admission. Our Show hours don’t interfere with your daytime business operations.
Our Exhibitors benefifit from the Extensive Advertising we do to promote the Show on their behalf.
For 2024, we are again subsidizing exhibitor ads in our full colour tabloid to be distributed in the Wellington Advertisers distribution area in Wellington County.
The Fergus Lions Club appreciate your participation in our Home & Garden, Sports & Leisure Show. Proceeds from this show and other fund-raising activities will help support club projects including the following:
